How much is the referral rebate?
Partner agents earn $200 per completed Essential project, $400 per Ready to List, and $750 per Premium Lift project. For custom projects, we pay 5% of the final invoice — whichever is higher.
Can I pass the rebate to my client?
Yes. Many partner agents offer the rebate as a seller incentive ('I've arranged a prep credit for you at closing'). It's a powerful listing tool.
How do I introduce this to sellers at a listing appointment?
We provide a one-page Listing Lift overview and a co-branded presentation slide deck. We can also join your listing appointment virtually or in person to walk the property and deliver an on-the-spot assessment.
What if my seller is skeptical about spending money before listing?
We address this directly: we show the ROI math (investment vs. expected gain), walk through comparable homes that sold prepared vs. unprepared, and offer the walk-through for free to remove the barrier.
Do I need a brokerage agreement?
